If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

For customized or made-to-order products, customers are responsible for confirming requested measurements, colors and other specifications before production. Availability and preparation times may vary by product.

5. SHIPPING

Shipping origin, delivery method and estimated delivery time may vary by product and destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and delays may occur after an order has been transferred to the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. RETURNS

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before returning an item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
